Renee Jennings, CEO of R. Media Group asks Jay-Z a question, along with a few other selected fans at the Brooklyn Museum taping of Charlie Rose in November 2010.
The guy who's been checking my groceries at walmart because that's the only job he could get after his head was blown off in vietnam so he holds it away from the checkout belt is my kind of brilliant and inspiration. Jay Z is the epitome of "the american dream". And he'll be fine being taxed 40% soon enough.
I can listen to him speak and spread his wisdom all day . There's something about the way he words things and caries himself that really impresses me . Everyone loves to say that he's the lucky one for marrying Beyoncé , well I feel like they both are winners at the end of the day as far as gain .
He carries Hip-Hop on his back too!!! He's The King of Rap hands down!!! There are better lyricists, but his consistency and business skills elevates him above the rest.
Question to Jay Z and I’m paraphrasing what will you do to change Marcy projects and his response was there’s nothing anyone can do until they change their mentality 💯
I think probably because other people would ask him to sign their version of the book too, so it would not be fair to sign just his version and not signing all the other people's version.
Renee, there’s a saying, “One who gets to the higher peak, will be the one with that gets a better view!” I believe that is how Jay -Z answered this from my view. ✌🏼 “Great Q&A Day with Jay.”
The girl at 9:20 I would just like to hear jay went back and found her and put her in some kind of position just gave her an opportunity I like her energy
No problems with the dudes answer, I just think it's funny that he got away with not clearly answering the question about what has he done with his money. Went full-on seasoned politician with that one.
One has to gain some level before he can really help..it's not just about the money..and its long term..u can't just assume I made money so why haven't I helped people..maybe you have little info about my life
Give back to the community is the only thing some people say when the community tried to have you killed, robbed, and never wanted you to grow in the first place and you say give back? What did they give me in the first place. Gtfo.
I always thought Jay-Z had skills as a rapper. He's a ghetto superstar. I like a lot of his tracks. I was born and raised for my early childhood in Brooklyn, New York. My family was barely lower middle class back then but I'm proud to be from the ghetto!
It's the damn parents/guardian's job to guide their kids and create positive situations for them. Too many people think other people are responsible for their kids. If you can't raise them properly, don't have them. I feel so sorry for children who are born to IRRESPONSIBLE, IMMATURE people.
Projects were initially built help low-income people, and arguably to separate them intentionally from non low-income urban-dwelling people. There's lots of people that stay in the projects but where Jay was raised was predominantly black if not majority. In some cities is mux much more mixed up amongst races. The city I stay in has white bow, Latino, Black Folk
When dude with the locks said and here’s my question I was like what, fuck he bout to ask what type of out the ordinary is he than bam can you get a cab in New York City 💀 lml
You don’t have to write down, Rams just listen in the Melody and under the melody, but I will, say Good Emotion works ‘’well” and J man works with emotion that makes him who he is today

I was laughing and tearing up, i need more of the show. So Disrespectful 😆
I can see why he's successful.
My ears!!!! The beginning of this video made me miss the first question. 😂
Him and Beyoncé just bailed out all the civil rights prisoners in bm ore and furgerson
I wonder if Bey ever wore the glasses.
Jai Amor nope. gave them away.
I thought it was make up.Shades just for her
Jay gave the make up kit to beyonce she was in the audience
I mean prolly not... Bedazzled shades from a stranger
He carries himself well that's quality that a few people have
Jay sounding like Woody Allen - the girl with the blue shirt who worked in the sweatshop killed it..
Let's play a drinking game! Take a shot every time he says "you know".
If that nigga get a debit alerts for every time he says you know he would be flat broke.🤣🤣😏

What happened to the last one? Great Q/A throughout the video
I have the last one on my page, it was actually me asking the question! Check it out, it's pretty funny lol
No problems with the dudes answer, I just think it's funny that he got away with not clearly answering the question about what has he done with his money. Went full-on seasoned politician with that one.
DiceLand awwwwww poor baby wants answers... STFU

As a big Jay fan and as much I as I enjoyed this, I always get more gems from his music, or what people say about him. Not the interviews.
this is a great video to have on youtube... i would recommend it to anyone wanting to understand more about JayZ
just wish the intro was edited out
All these dumb sales pitches/praising, it's supposed to be Q&A don't waste his time
thought i was the only one annoyed by those questions
I admire the conviction of his point of veiws...
Nice blazer!
Whose idea was the beginning of this video?
1:20 seconds of annoying continuous beep sound save your ears and skip
Great Fucking Question first dude who look like Pun
Our Words and Our Music Paint Pictures, Pictures for our Minds.
Great job Renee! Luv that!
nobody owes anybody anything, whats in your wallet is your business lol
I saw this when it first appeared and I'm doing the comment thing first. Already a bit worried because a couple people said audio might be stinky.
I GOT HEARING LOSS FROM THE BEGINNING PART

That's great
3:00
Projects are.......PROJECTS!
My ears are drumin from the first minuteS
Parenting is a Thankless Job
+Free Reign Network true, children are capricious by nature, but remember do not use your emotions when you punish them
I don't understand his story at 11:00. Does anyone get it?
He's saying that if you know that a situation is not of your best interest or contributing to your growth, avoiding it is beneficial.
Damn I really wanted to hear his answer to the last question….:(
Me too!!!
I have it on my page! It was actually me asking lol pretty funny, check it out :)
I wanna hear it too lol!
That was actually a really good question, in essence to what his answer is 🙏🏽
@@bkzsweeti can you send the link?
they cut off the girl at the end talking about how much she loved him lol
Why the shit start like this
i believe you jay z ur too good my bro.... keep it up

Why this god damn intro so long 😭
His choice of 5 MC’s??? Interesting among other things said...

When dude with the locks said and here’s my question I was like what, fuck he bout to ask what type of out the ordinary is he than bam can you get a cab in New York City 💀 lml
this is good
15:43 … notice how he seemed so nonchalant when that question was asked, probably cus he’s been asked that a millions times every so often
