Incline db curls gets the lower parts of my biceps big but does nearly nothing to the mid and upper sections of my biceps. I have long arms, I'm not an ectomorph. So, I had to utilize many different exercises and angles to grow my biceps which were my most lagging body part. Now I have 46 cm arms, measure the day after biceps training, lifetime natural, I don't even use protein and casein powders, just food. I started lifting with 36 cm arms. Anyways, what I am trying to say is that no single exercise is ''best'' you need a combination of exerciises because there are ''3 heads'' and each head has a distal and proximal section, lower and upper section and mid section. So lot's of different applicable angles for each ''region''. Anyways, long story, so that should be enough. : ) Best wishes. Liiiiiiiiffffttt !!!
