Party Ribs in 45 minutes!

So this recipe has been going around for a bit now, however I just found it thanks to Malcom Reed. I gotta say these were really freaking good! Party Ribs are a fun cook if you want ribs and don't have 3-5 hours of time. Hot, fast and tasty! Thanks Andrew aka: Grill Sergeant for help filming this video!

I started doing this a couple of years ago on my Weber Grill also using the Vortex... like you said 40-45 minutes, and it's money all day. I actually laughed when in the the beginning you were talking about hour and a half to two hours... they looked great

Very glad you gave these a shot bro! Buddy of mine won’t cook ribs any other way now. I am still a fan of low n slow but I am not gonna lie, I make hot and fast ribs at least once a month, during the week. Those ribs look money for sure!
