I don't usually bother with the exit in the RUST Labyrinth because if Freek-a-Delka sees you down the right hallway around 2:24, you could get trapped, since she chases you forever once you enter her LOS.
I also prefer to wait in the main hallways instead of the RUST Labyrinth if I'm having her chase me in case another character useful or not is nearby.

Also, once characters spawn in, Freek-a-Delka spawns right behind the RUST Labyrinth door.
