How is the power failure triggered? Does it happen a certain time after the sink button is pressed or when a certain room gets flooded? I plan to make a cinematic with this ship, so this information will be very useful for the script.
under the 3rd funnel, i made it so a hatch would open into a small compartment when a sink is activated. when water starts to flood in, a fluid sensor sends a signal to the bomb.
@@nice-cg1me I have made power failures on multiple ships, however most of them are unreleased. What you could do: 1: When the power should fail, simply use a electric relay to shut everything down 2: Hook all power that should fail to a medium/small battery, and those to a electric relay that's connected to a generator. Allow a medium/large electric motor to directly connect with the battery. When power should fail, open the electric circuit to stop flow from generator and set electric motor throttle to full. This is the method that I use most on my ships. 3: Hook the lights to the generator, as the generator loses RPS to generate electricity the lights will start fading.
Majestic cinematic editing skills!

@@nice-cg1me Thanks.
Let me guess the ship the Majestic rammed: SS Kinross by you and Random Stuff Uploaded.
Also how did you get the lights to fail? When I do the same sinking the lights don't dim.
@@LuckyTinyStormYT a bomb explodes the main battery. But the lights dim pretty slowly, so I edited the video to make it seem more immediate.

@@LuckyTinyStormYT oh nice, thanks for the tips man!
@@nice-cg1me No problem, incase you have any other troubles with sinking mechanism/power failure mechanism, I have some creativity with that!
