Hi Jay, best food around Carlisle is Corrie Kitchen on the A689. As you come northbound to Carlisle truckstop, go right on the A689 toward Hexham. It's the first layby you come to on your left. It does get busy though. Easy to spin round on the roundabout a couple of miles down the road to head back M6 north. They do cold takeaways too. Bacon double chesseburger for a fiver makes BK at Southwaite look very sad and takes some eating :)
So glad you mentioned the food at Stobart's truckstop @ Carlisle! It's been like it for awhile now sadly!

I go up to Cairn Ryan fairly often and those speed limits for the trucks are just stupid, they were introduced across the UK if I remember correctly and very quickly dropped in England.

That chest rig gives a rubbish 'pov' angle when driving. There's only so much scruffy dash and steering wheel viewing I can take. Nice view of the sky though, so there's that I suppose!
Boils my piss ....when the trailer legs are bent ...due to drivers not using the suspension when picking up a loaded trailer....

Jay. I'm sure you know by now but camera position awfull. I thought you were changing position to Sam as Ned Kelly. I' ve not noticed a problem with Ned's camera position. Think you need to reconsider, otherwise video as good as always. Stay safe.
Dont pay £300 more insurance renewals tell them you are leaving, you have had a cheaper quote for x, can you match it , you will get a deal if you don't leave
Most people just pay they will take the piss if you let them

Most people seem to be getting £200+ increases due to inflation regardless. The price comparison sites don't always pull up a cheaper deals either. Thankfully I renewed mine just before the rises started but I suspect they will get me at the start of next summer.
