As far as I remember GoDaddy doesn't add H1, H2 etc tags to main pages at all. I think it might add the H1 tag for blog posts. You can check this by looking at the source code.
H1/H2/H3 tags mark out the main paragraphs in your text and help Google understand what your page is about. Choosing good H1 tags can improve how your site ranks on search engines.
