AHHH RACHEL THESE ARE SOO CUUTEE!! I don't even think I can choose a favorite! 😆😆 For the funfetti ones though, I love how you started off attempting to be super precise and exact with the knife, and then slowly got more and more courageous and started squishing them up by hand 😄😄

Rusha Pyne No you cannot use flour. Meringue powder is what makes them hard, but if you don't have any you can use egg whites, powdered egg whites, or fondant

I can't get meringue power either but I think you could just make a meringue and add icing sugar/powdered sugar and a bit of water if needed
Just use egg white
I can't find meringue powder in my country either but egg whites work just at fine. for half a kg of powdered sugar, you can use 1/2 egg white. or just play around until you find what works for you
Rheanne Unicorn if you do use egg white make sure it’s *pasteurized* egg whites. Don’t get salmonella because you didn’t use pasteurized egg whites.
Meringue powder is just a substitute for egg whites. You can use pasturized egg whites instead, but you may need to use less water in the recipe.
