The health care bill makes it so that the government pays a certain amount to give those who can't afford it health insurance. This hurts doctors and hospitals but not health insurance companies. The government will not pay very much to insure people, and so the insurance companies won't either since it's not like the hospitals and doctors can get money anywhere else. So whenever somebody will try to pay a doctor with insurance from the gov. or a company they won't get as much as they used to.

Let's set aside the bias and agree that the majority of people in South Carolina vote Republican, so she had an uphill battle before she even began campaigning. I can call them greedy, slave-driving scumbags if I wanted to, but I understand that people have different opinions.
