Party! Instead of buying more plots, you're able to expand the size of campus buildings! I hear you talking about trying to reach 100 students, expanding an existing building is better for density.

during my own playthrough, a good way to get money was to only accept students in multiples of 8, and to reduce tuition prices just low enough that they get a happiness bonus from cheap tuition, giving them an increase in their learning rate, thereby bringing in more xp bonus money
It would be really cool if assigning a private bathroom and shower to a specific dorm provided a large prestige boost.

I believe if you put different beds in dorms, you will get better impressive levels. 3 different beds all the same price.
I think the room you could not make smaller was at its minimum size of 6x6.
You might have to put a teachers lounge in the new campus so they don't knock themselves out trying to teach. Also there is no such thing like enough budget showers

As long as those Clowns aren't Mimes. A lot of people don't like Clowns. Even fewer like Mimes.
Clowns barely obey the rules of reality, but Mimes can make houses, weapons, and stars from nothing and create entire realities based on desire and will alone.
You don't mess with Clowns, and you NEVER mess with Mimes.
Plus, Mimes don't speak. Who knows what eldritch secrets and truths they refuse to let the world know that they know?

The only thing I can think of for why you couldn't make the savory kitchen smaller was that I THINK it would have made it smaller than the required 6x6? Doesn't explain why you couldn't make it bigger, but maybe?
growing up in Malaysia anything above an 80% is an A and in UK universities, anything above a 70% is a first class honours (anything above 80% is considered publishable work). That's because our systems are cummulative, meaning you start from 0 gain marks as your work gets graded. I believe in the US you start at 100 and marks get deducted as your work gets graded. This makes achieving high scores much more difficult for us lmao

I couldn't help noticing that the game replaces the clear glass panes with frosted privacy glass in the bathrooms. I thought that was a nice bit of attention to detail by the developers.

About getting 100 students, I think you're forgetting that the new course only has Year 1 students, so you only really needed about 20 in the new class. You can always trim down the admissions next year and go Elite, or just ram them in and enjoy the spectacle
Oh yes, and it almost gives me a stress migraine when you don't pause whist designing! I'm sure you're already aware some people feel like that, whilst others wouldn't be too keen on pausing, just thought i'd raise my hand as a pro-pauser!

Hey Party! I have a few comments, maybe have a couple single dorms to switch it up between the big ones for some variety. And you should extend the plots instead of having new ones. That way you can have more interesting shapes of rooms and more corridor space to decorate
Hey, great episode, I like the series a lot! I think maybe the park area at the new lot was a bit too much. I like how it looks, but if the students become tired then maybe its not good?

Hi Party!! I'm loving this series! I just have one thing I'd like to mention, and I say this with complete admiration for you and your videos... I wish you would put more effort into your rooms. I've seen your Planet Zoo videos and I know how talented and creative you are. I know you could make this campus look AMAZING! I understand why your building is rushed (it takes away from the game play), but even if you cut some out or did a time lapse I think it could be even better!! 😀

87% Being an A threw also me off, when i did my college/highschool exam you needed 92% for an A, 98%+ for an A* (which is the british equivalent of like an A++, when we have no standard A+ 😅)
EDIT: Not to brag, but I got 4 As and 10 A*s (plus technically one B, which really PISSED me off because i only got that cause the examiner by thier own admission struggled to read my handwriting, if I got my predicted grade of A* I wouldve not only gotten the highest grades in the school, but also top 3 in my city - can you tell i was a big fat nerd? 😂 Now its a good day if I can do basic multiplication 😅)
You keep looking at the number of applicants when you're looking at how many students come in you should be looking at the student intake because that's how many students actually come

Yeah, but when he’s having trouble with the numbers changing, those are the same thing. He’s taking in every applicant so the number shouldn’t change
I don't think you need to beat yourself up over not sending people to tutoring - the students go to tutoring by themselves when they have the time and a tutor is available, and forcing those meetings disrupts other stuff, like taking care of needs and personal goals.
38:56 - 39:23 Party, you're unable to shrink the room as it's already the minimum size requirement for a Savoury Kitchen. You may have just not noticed this fact but uh.. yeah... The situation was kinda frustrating and I could see you were getting more frustrated everytime the game wouldn't delete the tiles. Even if the game had allowed you to delete the tiles it wouldn't have allowed you to 'complete' the room so to speak. You wouldn't of been able to click the check mark, and the '6x6' icon (and/or the room) would've been grayed out. Though in hindsight, that might've been something you'd prefer so at least then and there you'd know the reason why the room is unable to be shrunken down. Anyway, sorry for my rambling. Ahhhh thank you! Helps my sanity lol. I wish the game indicated that in some other way - a simple UX adjustment there to give the player more direct feedback would go a long way rather than looking like it's just ignoring the player's desires lol
