  • SIMPLE UPGRADE for Your Harley Street Bob Storage - Viking Patriot Bags I have decided to put some mini saddle bags on my Harley Street Bob, these are the small Viking Patriot Bags. I will go over installing these on the bike and why I chose these specific bags.

I am a believer in tank bags. They add a space to secure things right in front of you. I used to place my maps in the pocket on the top. Not so much anymore but I still use mine. Saddle bags are more useful when you are touring. I don't do much touring anymore. The bags you installed look pretty good though. Good luck with them. I like your videos!

I have the same bags for my Low Rider S. I also bought the support brackets from thrashin supply to hard mount them.

Well, actually, I do have a 2019 iron 1200.....I put sundowner solo seat, replaced the sissybar with kuryakyn luggage rack for solos, then a Kemimoto bag kinda looks like your seat bag but more treasure chest looking than round, also it came with a swingarm bag brand unknown, no saddlebags for this bike......the kemi bag will do for the rides on this bike
Nice looking SB, but I was a fan of the Dyna, and the xl1200ns is a mini Dyna SB........I have a 96ci that I might put bags on and I have been looking at Viking......no hurry I have Kawasaki with bags for long trips

Hey brother what sissy bar is that? I know on Harleys website they have 2 heights I believe for our bike. My old lady is new to riding so I'm trying to get one in tired of her bumping my helmet with hers 😂.

@@TheMotoJawn I'll have to check it out in looking at the lepera seat like yours I'm 5'9 with the stock mid controls I hear this seat moves you forward compared to the stock solo but up. I love the mid controls for maneuverability but I'm scared I'll be cramped on the lepera. What's your opinion on this?

They look good, but not for me. I'm only rocking a swing arm bag. Its for tools, helmet lock, tire patch kit and maybe a small Gatorade.
