It's nice to see Eidola get some recognition. Andrew used to be a co-worker of mine. I've seen him without the beard. Dude looked like Topher Grace, haha. Nice dude though, gave me rides home when I had car issues. We'd listen to The Dear Hunter and just chat about music production and such.

The reason they remind you so much of DGD is because Andrew Wells is one of their guitarists. He’s also been a feature vocalist on some of their songs. Man is a TALENT
What's super crazy about Eidola is that Andrew (the singer) wrote most of the insruments on this album too. Legitimately one of the most talented musicians ever imo to the point that I believe we're lucky to be alive at the same time. This album just has such masterpieces. (Not to mention how much I already loved the previous albums, but this one still just so endlessly blows me away)
Sounds just like my friend Joe lmao, that guy writes most of the instruments and produces his bands, and he’s good at it. We’re living during awesome times for sure.

I highly recommend you guys check out their album "Degeneraterra" , it's frigging incredible. There's also a hell of a lyric video for "To Know What's Real" that you should check out...not even for a reaction...just to experience it.

Wonderful track! I wished he sings heavy but the song is beautiful: keys, guitars, drums, bass, the melody is wicked. I can't wait for new songs and the whole album!
