the show Velma is really really really bad, it’s cringy in a bad way, and pretty offensive, and stereotypical, I do enjoy Velma as a character honestly, in the original show, because she was the brain, she didn’t do everything but I do like her real character. And I do think Velma x daphne is cute, but damn.. the show Velma was really really really crap.

Killed it with this yet again. I have to say I absolutely love the unscripted or semi-scripted content for the main channel. You have this great cast of uniquely funny people and this is the best format for them to shine. This type of stuff and Idiots Present is where it's at.

Any time I get worked up over HBO’s Velma I just come back and rewatch Amanda’s wonderful character work (along with just a solid smosh video)
Amanda is one of my fave cast members and she plays such an amazing Velma, absolutely killing it, and stunning as always. And when she breaks, it is the most delightful thing. When she and Shayne broke after the "fred having sex with ghosts" bit I had to watch a few times XD.

It looks like there was a general outline of what was going to happen and they discussed it before hand but a lot of improv was involved
