Perdón por mi comentario, pero considero que construir una fuente implica confeccionar el circuito electrónico. No esta mal el tutorial, pero debería llamarse, como construir una caja de madera para colocarle una fuente "comprada" adentro.

You must use aluminum case + a fan, Not wood. Do not forget about heat dissipation.
It can control both voltage and current
You must share Schematics, Circuit Diagrams and Parts List. So that other can too try.
