THE DEVIL WILL FEED YOU ALL THE EXCUSES, RATIONALIZATIONS, AND BLAME YOU NEED FOR YOUR PRIDE AND REBELLION. DON'T GET MAD AT ME. I DIDN'T WRITE THE BIBLE. I AM JUST TELLING YOU WHAT IT SAYS. TAKE IT UP WITH GOD.

    Brother Roy, great job!
One thing though , I would not encourage anyone to compromise doctrine in the slightest to join ANY church. I know you mentioned the obvious ones to avoid but the Independent , Non Calvinist, Fundamental Baptist church is the only local church we should be endorsing. If a weaker saint gets caught up in heretical doctrine with bad music, bad bible translations and bad church polity, then they can get entrenched into heresy and apostasy.
    Wonderful job though.
I’d make a follow up video on the true NT church available today which isn’t a Protestant church, but the IFBC!

I got so abused in the local church... left the paganism church and had a precious gathering of believers in my home. After seeking Jesus diligently for three years and getting healed and refreshing I'm back in the local church TO SERVE...

Good message brother! Everything you said was spot on. Online preaching is not a substitute for being a part of a local church. It took me years to figure that out. And all those that are looking for a perfect church, like I was, go read Revelation 2. God is showing how he had somewhat against all 7 churches. Sardis was a dyeing church, yet the Lord did not remove their candlestick. Laodiceans were luke warm, believing they were just fine with their lazy view towards serving Jesus Christ. Yet... the Lord still did not remove their candlestick; instead, he rebukes them and shows them their shortcomings so they could strengthen themselves.
As long as your church is preaching the gospel, and their overall doctrines are in line with the Bible, then do not strain at gnats and swallow camels. In otherwards, do not let small differences in your doctrinal beliefs cause you to walk away from your brothers and sisters. Help strengthen your church by staying and doing whatever you can to serve. God never said it would be easy to be a Christian. Our pride needs to be checked in order to be an effective witness for the Lord and come together as the body of Christ.

Brother Roy 1 Samual 15:23 concerns the Old Testament viewpoint that religious ritual devoid of spiritual reality and a life of total alligence to a soverign Lord is worthless. ( Ps. 40:6-8; Is. 1:10-20; Mic.6:8 ). I believe Mic. 6:8 sums up 1 Samual 15:23 the best. Amen.
    Psalm 40:6-8
    King James Version
6 Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
    Isaiah 1:10-20
    King James Version
10 Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Lord: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
    16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
    Micah 6:8
    King James Version
8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
