I like the fact that Sammy thinks before he acts and has the ability to put himself in someone else’s shoes and can then use diplomacy and common sense to argue his case just like a top notch attorney ....Which by the way I think he could have been ,if he had chosen to be.

I really wonder why daughters of Mobsters always marry/date men who are part of that life, a normal civilian chick being intrigued and attracted to the mystique surrounding a dude in the life is actually more explainable whereas a daughter to that life will know the ins&outs beyond the glitz & appeal it has looking in from the outside, so based on how it decimates family it's shocking they would marry a mobster.
