I've been watching your videos for about a year now and I really enjoy them. I'm lovin' this match play so far, nice birdies and of course Parfield consistent with that putter. It's always nice to see Coach Lockey on the course as well. Keep it up guys!!!

Mark is it better to hit a consistent shot shape or try to hit it as straight as possible? Keep up the videos.

You can plan a consistent shot, so a shaped consistent shoot is better than a sometimes straight sometimes 10yard left or right. :)
straight is the best shot there is but you cant always count on a straight shot other than counting on a nice power fade or a tiny draw so i agree with Thumptone on this one, sooner or later that nice sweet straight ball will turn into a slice or a hook because your bound to make mistakes in this game everyday you pick up a club hope i helped you a little
depends how agressive you choose to play. if you attack every flag, you may want to shape it to the hole around trouble (water, sand, etc). but if youre aiming middle of the green, then try the straight one because there is more room for error.

How does a note pad help aim
+Austin Donaldson It's a system to help players read the green so they aren't misreading due to optical illusions or incorrect "feel". It doesn't help take the shot, just know where the breaks are etc. So I've heard.
