How long should your paint dry before you apply the sealer & also, how long does the sealer need to dry before anything is placed on the object? My main issues have come from table usage & the sealers either yellowing or getting scratched up.

It's always best to let the paint dry overnight, but definitely follow the instructions for the type of paint that you use. Also, a sealer needs to cure at least 30 days, but you can place light items on it as long as you are gentle with it. Again, this depends on the type of sealer that you use.
