1.5 oz Hendrick's Gin
0.5 oz DeKuyper Triple Sec
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz grenadine
0.25 oz rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
0.5 oz egg white
First, dry shake all ingredients in a shaker, then shake with ice. Serve in a coupe glass.
