If Bellingham plays like this for Madrid next season he'll know about criticism etc đđđđđđ
That team is far too good for him to play and look the way he has done for England. When he tailed off at the end of the season for Madrid nothing was made of it because as a collective the team was incredibly strong and it will be the same story.
@@Anthony-oh4pb Because he doesn't play this role! England fans need to watch Madrid games rather charging him vs city or Bayern first leg games! Jude's natural position is LCM and where he traveled in Madrid!
@@Herondinho because he was sacrificed for vini and Jude was the best player before vini returned from injury! Btw he is also asking to serve Brazilian boys vs city and Bayern first leg! He said in his interview he hated that role but the manager ask for the greater good! People think Madrid fans were forgiving Jude ?đ€Łđ€Ł they didn't even forgive Zidane, Ronaldo and Beckham!
Well with the team Madrid have Iâm sure he wonât be playing like that đ
He has been since Christmas. At some point the goals dry up and he will be out of that Madrid team. Time for him to go back to his proper position. He can still score the same goals from there.
Bellingham has an air of arrogance about him and also a nastiness. If he wasnât on your side youâd hate him but he is on our side and will die on that pitch for us. So letâs back him because England donât have stars with this kind of attitude. Jude can win you a tournament.
100%
Gen z little t*at. Its all me me me. How dare they say these things! I have millions followers on tiktok! Look at yourself you little fool!
Agreed - bit of spite is what we have been lacking.
Big facts
U get it.
the insistence to play him at 10 has basically torpedoed the frontline while, everything he does well can be done from no 8
They blaming him for the wrong decisions of the coach. In Madrid Jude plays to get over the line hence Madrid win matches even they didnât dominate. The English must be happy that he saved them.
I agree. Him getting his goals can be done from a CM position. His best position is LCM. His general game play is terrible in the 10
@@gigii9419 he is playing as false and btw in England games #10 position doesn't exist because there is no space and rice has been awful
đ€ŁSo you want us to play him as an 8 to accommodate for Foden whoâs been absolutely Dogshit in ALL 38 of his England caps?
Bellingham has done wayy more for England than Foden mate.
Bellingham is the reason why we qualified from the group & the reason why we never got knocked out last night.
@@KINGKING10109 I don't know 8 means in England games because structurally they were so bad but if Jude is playing his natural position (LCM) like he did vs Serbia then England will have more Jude but right now he isn't playing his natural position. Playing false #9 and wondering around and waiting the ball from rice is awful to watch. I England #10 position doesn't exist because there isn't space because so many traffic in that position! Saka is coming inside so foden, Kane and kobbie
leave the kid alone, he just dug out the entire team with a moment of brilliance that no other player in the squad could even dream of. We should all be celebrating the fact that he is English as opposed to trying to "take him down a peg or too" as suggested by Alex Crook who is classic gutter tabloid journo who builds them up to knock them down.
he needs taking down a peg or 2. his ego is out of control.
Racists wonât leave him alone. This is their red meat. Hating on blacks is their reason to live.
Be real! Great bit of quality, but plenty of players could have done that. Don't make out it was some sort of insane goal that no other player could produce đ. He was awful just like the whole team.
If he was blue eyed and blonde, I don't think Simon would have the same attitude đŻ
âBut no other player did produce it and because of that he gave us a lifeline in the last few minutesâ@@Michael-ff4pq
A few years ago people like Alex Crook would have been screaming to the hills for England to have an arrogant swaggering player like Jude Bellingham, now we've got him he wants him to have some humility. Sports journo's and pundits in this country are an utter joke.
Who is this Alex guy? He talks like he has personally won the UCL and World Cup. I just thought he was a chubby geeza on TalkSport

Oh Simon....so bloody hypocritical ....he calls everyone out and now suddenly changes his tune..... This England team has got away with murder in this tournament...
Yes, suddenly he hasn't got a bad word for any of the England team - who by the way are a bunch of over paid, over hyped snow flakes, who if they were playing for his Simon's teams he would be the first to tell them to drop the attitude and just play bloody football!
I'm glad they have got away with murder, and I'm glad to hear Southgate and Bellingham having a go back at the media and cynics. England need to start hitting back at their critics, as I reckon that sense of defiance and beligerence can bring them together as a fighting unit. i.e. England need to learn to love to be hated, not be afraid of feel the pressure of that. It worked for Fergie's Man Utd, and I also remember Wimbledon's crazy gang back in the day had the same mind-set. It can lead to glory.
Foden got subbed off - then we scored twice.

I see no evidence to support the idea that England will beat the Swiss, Simon must be watching a different England team to me.
Even though they're not in form, we have players who can produce individual brilliance. I think Simon is banking on that
Calling Kane a trophy dodger isnt "constructive"
He literally is though

Bellingham does and is! wtf you on about?
Players are so out of touch with reality. Bellingham talking absolute garbage.
He is very young. Give him a Chance. He's a Brilliant player.. bless him for Everything
Saka is a predictable scapegoat.
Saka has performed for England for over three years. For some reason Saka and Walker are not combining as a threat down the right flank.
How on earth Phil Foden is surviving the criticism is beyond me. Heâs never been a consistent performer for England. Bellingham is not getting dropped and Foden can play RW in the manner required. Foden must be dropped.
Predictable why?
Thereâs another video of them talking about how foden is playing cr*p in his position
Saka has done nothing in 4 games every time he received the ball last night he passed it straight back to the defense.

Someone needs to tell Jude and these other young English players that criticism (warranted or not) comes with the territory when you play professional sports. Youâre getting paid tens of millions of pounds to play a GAME⊠a game that millions of people watch and many people pay their hard-earned money to go and see. Shake it off and move on⊠or ignore social media entirely.
I like that they fire back at the media. They're entitled to
michael43567 The more attention you pay to what people say, the more it gets in your head and will affects your performances. So when you play your objective won't be about winning, it will subconsciously be about proving people wrong, evident it Jude's celebration.

In my opinion, the best player having the most consistent performances for the England side over four games has been Guehi. If his replacement is not as composed with the ball at his feet, is not as calm under pressure, does not gel and combine as well with Stones as Guehi has then England will concede easy goals and be defeated by their opponent.

Iâm a Chelsea fan. That game yesterday felt like me watching Chelsea under Frank Lampard after Graham potter sack. It was dreadful. You know the team is better than what they are delivering but they donât know what they are doing.
As a Chelsea fan, (not English though) I totally remember that feeling. Potter actually had a process to play the ball from back to front, Lamps had none. đ .
England are atrocious, honestly.
itâs a difficult one. England and Bellingham have been poor especially against minnows like Slovakia. hard not to criticise. however he scored another stunner and England are through to next round.
but if they continue to play this badly they wonât win it
I like Jude, he has a backbone, fairplay to the lad for sticking up for himself and his team mates even thought he's only 21
How about he sticks up for himself on the pitch by actually playing well

You can't just lump all the top names together to make up a team, that will never work.. there has to be strategy and tactics, which Southgate is very lacking in. He has been found out, being Mr Nice Guy, a yes man and able to handle the media like a politician (!?) isn't good enough. So, there's the door, use it pdq.
I think certain media commentators dont like the fact they are being called out. Bellingham is turning the tables and they dont like it.

I like how english pundits admit the system is fucked but then still blame the players. Jude is top3 player on the planet leave him out of this. If hes not playing well its an offday or something wrong with the team
The only time Bellingham looks good is when heâs crashing the box and scoring goals, which he is very good at. Iâm sorry but you cannot watch the likes of Musiala & Yamal and believe heâs in the same league as they effect games all over the pitch!

I'm not in UK , but maybe England players are annoyed with daft tabloid headlines, Sun,The Star,Mirror. ? ..rather than podcasts .
They probably don't read the papers during tournament time
Bellingham and Kane bizarrely seem like both the solution and the problem for England. Over the last 4 games, they've barely offered anything in terms of effective attacking play. If all they're going to contribute are one or two individual moments, they may as well be dropped. Start the next game with Gordon and Toney or Watkins so at least we can try and get some fluidity in attack and bring Bellingham and Kane on in the second half.
Imagine if this little boy had a real job and didn't have a easy job and was in the real world
Don't criticise Bellingham for he celebration or ego. The players are clearly feeling the pressure and deserve to celebrate when they score however they want (within reason). What he did was within reason

I think Jude is not complaining about criticism to the team, more about people criticising him. Basically he has played well in every game, bar the Denmark game. It's just that he is sat next to a couple of muppets at international level in Foden and Kane (at club level they are great, sometimes great club players are not great international players.)
And of course he is sat next to an average manager at international level who has stifled his position. Ultimately he recognises the criticism of the team is justified, but not himself, hence the annoyance and response.
Thanks Simon for always being clear with your punditry!
Be as arrogant as you want when you play for your club but when you represent your country you should be respectful and humble. Its bigger than any individual.
Pundits complain about players being sensitive but it goes both ways. They always ask players to not respond and do their talking on the pitch. Bellingham did that. This is the time for the pundits to respond and say, fair enough, we had a pop at the team and him, and he just shut us up. Instead, oh, he needs to calm down now, heâs getting too hyped!!!
Name ANY elite sportsman at the very very top (who also stay at the top) who isnât ruthless, confident bordering on arrogant, selfish at times? Most Brits (and Iâm one) have an apologist mentality which is why we donât win much in sports
Why is the background so blown out and overall video looks soft!đđ©
He says no one criticises Jude while criticising him. đ
Simon Jordan demonstrated at Crystal Palace that he knows nothing at all about football and here we are all these years later and nothing has changed. Blaming players when it's clearly a bigger problem in the way the squad is being used and managed.
He scored a in the 95th minute to stop his country being knocked out and his first thought was to 'give some back'.
He spends too much time on the ball or trying to do a fancy pass.
