Thanks for your reply 😊 I only tried to create this recipe because it's difficult to get the traditional ingredients for shito where some of us are. Secondly, people keep asking if they can get alternative of Shrimp and herring powder in their shito. And guess what, it tasted so good, that's why I shared to help those who may be in the same situation.
