This is one of the best organisations world wide, Habitat is doing more to house people than all the governments combined, so thank you, for helping them.
Habitat for Humanity concept was started in Americus GA. by Millard and Linda Fuller. Habitat for Humanity International was founded in 1976 in America.

Jimmy Carter was a supportive mentor for Habitat for Humanity. He traveled all over USA building houses.
He even had solar panels put on the white house. He was a man before his time!!
@@taviasgrannieable, he and Rosalynn helped build and renovate over 3,000 houses. I believe their contribution helped Habitat for Humanity to be so successful.

This is a nice little home with a nice piece of ground around it, just enough to keep ya busy mowing it, landscaping it on the outside and to really make this house a nice home to live in. My kind of home.
The great thing about Habitat is that while you volunteer you get the chance to learn a ton about renovating and construction.

Yes Habitat for Humanity is a nationwide organization. They often have a “Restore” in towns where ppl donate home building supplies. And furniture too. I volunteered at one in Oregon. And they also build homes out here too.
They are world 🌎 wide!

I really like when people like you and go out to help people with lawn. I wish someone was nice enough when l rented a house to help me with my lawn, at the time. My landlord couldn’t even help me in the winter time on the weekends.

If you have been brought up by loving parents, being helpful and kind to others is natural. No matter what your nationality, faith or creed, kindness comes from the heart. You do amazing work, our country has a lot of homelessness, it’s sad and many organisations help to give them a meal, a hot shower and maybe a bed for the night. Thank you, Rosie Australia

Habitat is a non profit housing organization, motto is "A hand up, not a handout". So not for homelees, you still have to qualify and be able to pay for your housing, but at a price with no profit. They are in Canada too.

To get a house from habitat for humanity a person or family has to put in a certain amount of sweat equity hours and still has to pay a low interest rate mortgage

Big lot for little house. Multi family lots are better. Or 6-7 tents for bums.
Why do you never clean up the bottom lines of trees and trim up bushes? Those are also part of lawn care. You can the most trimmed grass, but if the other landscape is ragged it doesn't look complete.
With this trailer I don’t have room to haul it all away. I don’t like leaving piles of stuff on the property.
