These were the most popular songs in French radios this year (about 230 songs overall)
Just a mistake : the song "Musica" by Michel Sardou peaked at #6, not #38 - Hudba
I absolutely love these chart flashbacks from other countries, especially from non-English speaking ones! I always discover a few great songs that I didn't know before, in this case 'Il suffira d'un signe' and 'Vivre ou survivre'. Thanks for the video! 😀

Thanks a lot for doing these, especially as a French guy I am born in 1994! but thanks a lot I try to do the same with a written list cause I haven't editing skills! but great work :)! especially before the legendary "TV show" Top 50! before 1984 it was really hard to do top charts in France! this is why I like your videos titles just some of most successfull titles of the year, no arrogance, great work!

2:03 this was the very last song I could have expected to become a radio hit, but what a great performance! Nanette Scriba did superb rendition of that song, too. No way such long songs as 16:58, 7:51 or 11:19 can be nowadays in radio, which doesn't mean they lost any of their power and charm. Bravo Francis, encore, s'il vous plait!

While I did enjoy this for all Radio Airplay Charts in France, would of preferred the singles chart for of all 1982!
Was there even any singles chart in France then? I can't find anything before november 1984. Which is weird because even small countries like Denmark had singles chart throughout the 80's.

Can't find anything from before then on the singles chart because the company haven't made it public on social media for some reason.

I have tried to find singles and albums charts from the 80's on ukmix forum but the french ones were the most difficult to reach. Especially from pre-1984 period.

Yea the French need to get their shit together with showing pre Nov 1984 for the rest of the 80-83 then Jan to Oct of 1984!

Ce sont les rotations radio, et non les ventes pures.
I'm surprised at how many English speaking acts had hits in France.
Well I like alot of different language tracks because of the beat and it takes me a while to understand the lyrics that could also be a factor
