Bridges, Bruises & A Duck- Spring in Nova Scotia - Ride Log

Getting back on the bike after a fall is both a good feeling and a bit sketchy at the same time. After a few days and still a little bruised up, I headed out for a ride and took it easy. Stopped by a favourite spot on a bridge, saw a cool duck and reflected on getting back on the bike.
Also celebrating One Month with my new bike! 🥰 🥳

Ahh, the sound of gravel under your wheel... So nice. I've fallen and didn't unclip quick enough, LOL (quite a few times) I'm glad you had a nice rice.

Thanks 🙂 I have to really watch myself now as I just got a mountain bike with platform pedals. Now when I switch bikes I have to be mindful, or over I will go again...lol
