Sister , shampoo jus cleanses the scalp..that's it...U should take care of Ur diet..Follow these steps
1. Check Ur haemoglobin level( should be in normal range).It's must.Without this, no use of applying anything
2. Eat egg, fish if u r non veg and spinach..Best foods for hair ( atleast once in a week) and fruits for sure.
3. Must take almonds and dates everyday without fail
4. Drink water often..atleast 2litres a day
5. If u have thyroid / pcos, take tablets regularly .
6. 7- 8 hrs of consistent sleep daily is must
7. Reduce Ur stress level..calm mind is the most important of all..
8. Make sure u apply hair oil and massage before bath..dont keep it more than 2 hrs.
And if u have white hairs, follow these steps, it may stop further greying...Otherwise u can also apply henna + indigo( natural dye..natural Good conditioner)..Since u have dry scalp, apply natural conditioners on ends..and drink lot of water( must)
Try theses steps regularly for 3months, u will surely see the difference..

none from this list, you need more emollients in the shampoo which is actually present more in any sulphate shampoo only, herbal essences, avene , wella are some brands which have good conditioners and shamppoo.
