How To Make THE BEST 7-UP Pound Cake From Scratch

Hey y’all! This is the BEST 7up pound cake I’ve ever had. It melts in your mouth and the flavor is out-of-sight!! It’s a MUST TRY! The best part is that it is so easy to make. Check it out below:
7-UP Pound Cake
3 sticks salted butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups granulated sugar
3 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
5 large eggs
1 cup 7up
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp butter vanilla emulsion or vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lime
Glaze:
1-2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons 7up
Splash of vanilla extract
