    What is the benefit of using your method over using a pressure cooker?

    • @rld1278
      @rld1278 Před rokem

      Cost for one. A water-bath canner is about $25, pressure canner about $100.

      Hey there! It depends on what you are canning; are you working from a recipe?

      It depends on what your recipes call for which would depend on what you're canning.
