Love the kitchen, but I need that one extra bedroom and perfect lot and no carpet at all.
After being under contract for 30 days they will schedule meeting with the design center for you to select a flooring you want throughout your home and all the other options that you want.

Great house except for 3 things: the adjacent houses are too close to each others, carpets & pool not useful for me. Other than that this is impressive house. Love the spacious

Usually not. But this community is getting ready to sell all the model homes in this video and in the other video that I have regarding this community. In about three months or so they will be building some new models.
When they do this they usually sell them with the furniture inside but it does make the property more expensive

Very expensive for country areas, can get that in FTL
No not in Fort Lauderdale for new construction anymore. Prices have increased. FTL is my immediate area. The market has been growing with demand and increase of construction materials.

Is this a hurricane proof home? My brother told me when buying a home in Hawaii or Florida make sure storm/hurricane proof. He says hurricane can so serious damage
