[World Record] Clock Tower 3 Clear Mode(Hard Mode)

Clock Tower 3's NG+ is actually not the standard, you get to choose a pretty outfit and every enemy in the game is buffed up.
Clear Mode is much harder than the standard speedrun for this game but we were able to carve a world record out of it. -- Watch live at / ecdycis
