I like this boat. Very functional and loads of room. Think it is great cabins share a great size head instead of having more smaller heads. Think this builder deserve some praise 👏👏

These seem to be lesser known and you don’t see a lot of them around but it isn’t a bad option if you want a down east yacht without paying Hinckley prices.
A boat with an unusual layout. The crew quarter can be easily changed into a utility room with a washer/dryer and an additionall freezer. It could even accommodate a generator and a gyro if the owner wanted.
I also like that the boat has a decent size head with a separated shower stall instead two small heads. I'd rather share the head with my family than peeing while standing in a puddle of water in the midnight.
It is a bit unique but like I mentioned you can customize a lot of different things. I was told Rockharbour can change up many things you just have to ask! I like your idea for the utility room.
I don't get why the cockpit is so large and the salon is so small. And why the galleys down. If your had enough people to fill the cockpit and only one head. .So this ones a big no for me. I wouldn't want to spend any time on this one. Thank you Tony.
A down east style isn’t for everyone! I appreciate them but I don’t think I’d buy one myself (not that I could lol). I think the cockpit gives you great flexibility but it’s something you’d obviously be prioritizing if you wanted this one.

The only Rockhound I ever saw wax the galley up version. I've never seen galley down and didn't know it was an option. The crew cubby I've seen, but it had a bigger bed on top of the washer and dryer and a wet head.

Enclose the aft with a full door and double the size of the engine and you have a stunning little explorer!

Much closer to 1mil than 375k but still under the 7 figure range. I can’t advertise exact pricing for this one.
Great looking boat but needs a better interior and cockpit design.
A lot of boat for the money? Mmm.....no! And yes, it sure better be a sub million dollar boat!!
