Condolences. Wear a seatbelt when you are sitting in an airplane ✈️.
lol even when you go to the toilet right lol ,
@@RandomVideosFirstThat’s why I try to be as fast possible
Well it was a Boeing Plane. The seatbelt might've been glued on.
It's already been confirmed that he had a heart condition. The number of times during turbulence that my heart has been ponding from the turbulence, but add a heart condition then that can easily cause a heart attack. As usual, keyboard experts are quick to blame the death of not wearing a seatbelt caused the death. Far more people die from Deep Vein Thrombosis from not getting up and walking around every few hours!
"it's just turbulence," is no longer going to be a thing
We dropped ,500ft on a flight to Rome over the alps. It was the most frightening experiences of my life. Like a being in ab elevator that had it's cords cut !
I had this in 2018 going to Corfu, had to drop down out of a storm and that was the most terrifying moment of my life because there was no warning and it happened twice. Hope you’re alright now I know how traumatising that can be.
@Vee_breeze2767 had a whisky and coke and was wearing, cream chinos !! That went all over my crotch area. Walking through Rome Airport with that was most traumatic 😁
@@martinlinton895500 ft is nothing. This plane dropped 6 000 ft in 2 - 3minutes .I suspect something else might be at play here
I hit severe turbulence while flying over Australia. People were getting sick, my stomach bounced up and down like I was on a wild carnival ride. The nearby flight crew were strapped into their seats and they had petrified looks on their faces. That happened a long time ago but I remember it like it was yesteray
Yep this part of the world is famous for bad weather, turbulence and air incidents
My thoughts are with the family of the poor man who passed away, and with everyone affected. The skies are getting rougher, and Bay of Bengal area is always so bad 😢 flying to Bangkok tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to the flight from Vietnam 😢 we have had bad weather here the past two days also😢
Condolences n speedy recovery for those injured.
Hope there were no animals on board. If there were, hope they are taken care of too.
Always wear your lap belt except when going to the loo. If I am wearing my belt I don’t want some unbelted idiot crashing down on top of me,
I was in moderate severe turbulence once and my seat beat unbuckled by its self from the air pockets.
Technologies to detect clear air turbulence such as Doppler LIDAR yet to be implemented on commercial planes. As for crowds amassing in aisles waiting to use toilets after meal service, more can be done to manage these situations.
As an aerospace engineer, we can make aircraft so safe to fly you won't be able to afford the ticket. So do you want perfect safety or an affordable ticket?
We should all just start blaming everything on Climate change now. I stubbed my toe this morning, Must have been climate change.
Such an idiot right winger
I really don't understand why people refuses to wear seatbelt when seated, and the one that died they say he died of an heart attack.
I bet people will obey the seat belt light now
My Flight from Singapore 🇸🇬 on A380 was 14.30 hrs From Singapore to London
If I recall correctly Singapore Airlines had a flight attendant fatality injured in the 1990s due to turbulence.
Aviation is still the safest way to travel...
He was 73, and had a heart condition.
Congratulations to the Pilots who safely landed the plane , Singapore Airlines have a great Safety record , The Pilots controlled a situation that could have added to another disaster, Bangkok has some of the best hospitals in the world, Love and Healing to all those affected . Pilots should be awarded with high Honours as this situation could have been a disaster ,💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜
Isn’t there some issue with this particular model of aircraft not having some important prediction and warning systems fitted?
What system predicts and warns against this? I've never heard of it
@@xaiano794 I’m not a pilot and certainly not a Boeing pilot of that model, but I’ve seen people claiming that it is missing some sensors or computation that other models do have. They had some warning, because the fasten seatbelt warning came on in the passenger cabin a few seconds before the aircraft dropped.
@@hedydd2 that light is turned on and off by the pilot. It isn't automated, there are no sensors
@@xaiano794 I know that the pilots turn the warning light on. There must be sensors of some kind or how would pilots know there was turbulence ahead to turn the warning light on, especially at night. If such sensors are not fitted, why are they not fitted? Pretty sure these conditions can be detected from some distance using current technology.
RIP, aameen 🤲🤲🤲
That's why passengers are advised to wear the seat belts, even if the seat belt sign is off. It's called "unexpected turbulence". There is no need for different protocols. Just listen to the crew's instructions. Period.
Said this, it is terrible that there were a death and several injured people. My condolences to the families of the passengers involved.
The dead man is a Boeing employee
💀
It will become worse with the uptick in solar flares ,and straight line winds,
As I looked at this video, a thought occurred to me. This is an incident that involved Singapore Airlines. Explain to me why you headlined the video with a picture of a Japan Air Lines Boeing 747. JAL might have an issue with that! 😮
Should I wear a helmet on my next flight? And dress like the Michelin Man? 😂😂😂
There is one condition that is more dangerous than turbulence, and the death rate is far higher, which is caused by sitting in your ultra comfortable cattle class seat for hours without getting up and risking being hit by severe turbulence and that is deep vein thrombosis. I always get up and walk the length of the aircraft every few hours. Of course, yes, I also have my seatbelt while seated. But it seems that the person who has died had a heart problem, so until confirmed of how he actually died, then no point in blaming the death on not wearing the seatbelt as even wearing my seatbelt my heart still pounds in overtime! Unfortunately, with his possible heart condition, the pounding heart could have caused his heart to defib, and without immediate treatment, death is certain.
EASY what happened The plane runs automatically when it enters air turbulence while the pilot and copilot fall asleep, so it is unable to avoid turbulence location
I thought climate would come into it .
😂😂😂
The storm that caused the turbulence was caused by climate change. Give it a couple of days and it will be at blame
It makes turblence worse because of more wind shear present from excess CO2
@@filledwithvariousknowledge2747
Turbulence and air pockets have always been a feature of aviation and there is zero evidence that it is getting any worse [or better].
seatbelt.
🙏🙏🙏
Also not a good look for Boeing have their panels just look like they fell down.. but it might be due to heavy impacts, so not calling that
Can you imagine having more solid panels? Will the injuries be more serious?
@@irenelai6088 Yeah, nah, guess am more worried about the unhinged flying debris, and also straight up water pipes bursting down onto the seated passengers, not sure what that could even be? Corrosive engine coolant routed above passenger heads? Looks insane, Boeing style.
Seatbelts ...
No seat belts on?
Must have hit his head I guessed.
Must be a tall man.
Weather is bad after many human in Intervention such as seeding at uae
Special Thanks to Thailand 1St Responders NHS
What's the deeal with airplanes
Way more chance of death and injuries every time you get in your car.
Imagine it wasn’t wind shear or turbulence but in fact another malfunction on a Boeing plane , they don’t want to mention Boeing having another issue after the months of issues and incidents this past year . Would plummet the share price even further down ….
Imagine the poo flying from the loo😮
So sad 🇬🇧🌹
Climate change? Maybe it's just reported a lot, but it seems extreme turbulence is happening more. Are the wind currents changing? Anybody know anything about that?
I don’t think so. I’ve flown hundreds of times and have been severe turbulence many times. It’s just everything is reported now these days. Just my two cents. Cheers
In the pics, you can see who wasn't belted in, by the head dent thru the oxygen mask panels. Oh, and condolences.
Heard they were blaming climate change. I'm not joking either
Climate change 🤣🤣🤣
Ohh go back too sleep
It’s getting ridiculous now
J
"Due to Climate Change" ... yeah well the number of aircraft n flights might have something to do with that, d'ya not think?
Ok blame on climate change. So ridiculous
Oh here we go with climate hysteria
So you deny that the temperature is changing?
@@xaiano794 it always has and always will
@miles-thesleeper-monroe8466 what is causing it to change?
@xaiano794 what will stop it from changing.
@@miles-thesleeper-monroe8466 things never change without cause. There is a mechanism behind every change. If you don't understand that mechanism you couldn't possibly know the cause.
I identify as being on the plane can i get 100 million in compensation, just because I identify as being on the plane.
Don't be pathetic.
Continue on with identifying your 100 mil then.
@@FrostekFerenczy I'm being a crazy lefty loser like the rest of the world why not join in seems like they get it all lol
how the heck do you die by turbulence? LOL
Heart attack due to sudden shock, and probably he wasn't wearing a seat belt. The gentleman was 73 years old.
I'd guess broken neck, you get slammed into the ceiling.
Have you never flown🤔
Ghoul
@@CaneBTC Agree. That's why they tell you to wear your seatbelt throughout the flight unless you're getting up to use the restroom.
