I am 65 years old today. My first Goodison game was against Arsenal in 1963. Nice to see Goodison still rocking. The Grand Old Lady still has some tales to tell.

happy birthday mate. my first game was v west ham February 1967. first time i ever flew in an aircraft was to a european cup game 1970 away v Moenchengladbach. Gunter Netzer scored but Howard Kendall equalised. i was stood on an open end at Der Bokelstrasse stadion with my Blue and white scarf aged 16. COYB ..NO SURRENDERRRRRRR

Witnessing the sheer passion from the lads when that ball went in the back of the net just highlights my faith that we WILL stay up! Watching Richi fly out of the dug out and straight across to celebrate was magical.

An amazing win. One of the most important goals in our entire history for me. Up there with Farrelly, Horne and Stuart, to keep us up in 94 and 98. The belief is back and we now need 3 wins from 11 games and a few draws. The jobs not done yet but the confidence and belief is back in the players and fans. COYB💙

This is Goodison rocking when we're at the bottom. They talk (apparently) about the "famous Anfield atmosphere" just look at ours and if we were successful again, there's no better place. I think the club have undervalued our fans for far too long. And underestimated our massive fan base.

Okay let’s settle down lads. We beat Newcastle. It’s not the start of a glory era. We need a lot to change before that happens including a new owner and an actual plan. First we need to avoid the drop which is still very much on.
Iwobi is in his 3rd season at Everton that was his 4th goal in 3 yrs it ain't the beginning of a great career cause he's far from a great player but for 34m it's about time he earned his money he should have been doing that every other week not every 30 games.
