I love how the phrase "It looks like 4 divided by 1 is just 1" is both mathematically stupid, but also poetically brilliant in terms of battlefield tactics. It sums up Goku in a single joke
The main thing about Goku and ChiChi relationship is even with the way Goku phrase it, technically all true 😅 Even though he put it worse than it sounds
Technically Chi-Chi would be the one to blame. She made Goku promise to her that they'll get married (I think she also kicks him from the nimbus even though he can't fly). Years pass, she fights Goku because he forgor about the promise.

There’s a DBZ game called dokkan battle, and in it Mr satan is one of the the most Defensively viable cards.
To be fair, Mr Satan didn't win the Worlds Martial Arts tournament because of bullshit, but because he is actually the strongest basically. (Aside from the gang and whatnot)

Basically he’s at the pinnacle of non ki-using humans. As far as martial arts, and genuine human sinew and muscle go, he’s indeed the top. If you think of DBZ in One punch man logic, he’d probably be rank 1 in class C.

It's also funny because Goku was *just* reminded seconds ago that the Kamehameha was stolen from Roshi. Goku's realization that it's "Yamcha's move" beautifully cements Goku's care for Yamcha in this series.

Yamcha didn't beat Goku, the fight ended early after Bulma woke up and Yamcha ran away from her due to his fear of women. He was winning (because Goku was starving at the time and not able to fight properly), but Goku was still up and willing to fight.
Didn't Vegeta technically beat Goku when he turned into Ozaru? He lost afterward because of Krillin, Gohan, and Yajirobe.

No, he's not. They made a joke about it when they felt everyone's presence at the fight except Yamcha to which he replies "Of course, I'm right here."
The implication is that Yamcha is the special needs character out of all of them so he talks to him like a child.
He doesn't though, lines like "and just like that you're already more useful than vegeta" etc, he is literally nicer to yamcha than anyone else is. Even if he is being condescending, but he's always condescending to everyone.

@@Desipapa8989some people argue that goku won but I never saw it that way. He won the initial bout with vegeta by using x4 in the beam struggle but goku couldn’t go on fighting after that. Vegeta went great ape because he didn’t realize that goku used up all his strength. He did significant damage to vegeta but goku wouldn’t have won without the help of krillin, gohan, yajirobe, and the spirit bomb. I don’t consider that a win for goku. It would be like saying that goku won in the fight against kid buu even though goku got help from literally everyone else. The way I kind of see it, vegeta defeated himself in that fight.

Almost immediately after Cell achieved his semi-perfect form, Tien showed up and spammed his Kikoho attack, which while no where near enough to defeat Cell, it did hurt like hell, and shoved him quite far underground. This bought time to allow Android's 16 and 18 to run away and hide. This created a mini rivalry between them where Cell clearly hates him as shown here, and wants his revenge. (When Goku later stops fighting and says there's another fighter, one of Cell's lines is "Oh is it Tienshinhan, PLEASE tell me It's Tienshinhan!" with large emphasis on the please.) Meanwhile Tien loves to make references to that moment such as when they first showed up at the arena and he said "Kikohow ya doing?" So Cell's full sentence would probably be more like: "Yamcha, for the love of God, I hate that Triclops, don't thank him!"

Krillin has the best Ki Control, Tien is the most creative and innovative, Yamcha is more of a straight forward fighter, but without the Saiyan Biology to back him up. In terms of raw power, Yamcha sits above Krillin, but Krillin's techniques are far more destructive.
