You are very correct i have seen this in greater noida when metro comes and now again airport buzz is going on.Dealers have skyrocket the price due to which genuine buyers are gone.

I was looking to buy in sigma 3 last year for self living with family. But just after July the rates skyrocketed and now a good condition house is minimum 1.50 Crore excluding transfer and registry charges. I have stopped hoping now.
