Greater Noida ki ek hi problem hai that we compare it with Delhi. There is no need to compare it with Capital of India. Delhi toh Delhi hai...but offcourse GN is a planned city and attraction is its Green area.

Private builders and sellers were claiming to sell freehold plots are mostly frauds,
But since the properties are on leasehold of Greater Noida authority, it's not a problem.
Authority provides all amenities in sectors.
Delhi - Concrete Jungle ..lol , Greater Noida is very peaceful, Every society is gated managed Authority and RWA, low density and no security issues.
