I doubt Claudia was as innocent as they make her out to be, she was most likely more involved than they are telling us.
Ur exactly right
Exactly washing “hair” washing “ money “ 💰 “ tomato..tomatoes “ they say what’s the difference 🤷🏾♀️
She was laundering money thru her business. That’s why she was killed in front of it.
She probably owed cash.
Bon debarras
Everyone thinks NYC and Chicago is the only mob city? Montreal has a history too.
montreal has a huge history they were one of the biggest imports for drugs going into the u.s they would supply other families in u.s
Nah.
They're more like a glorified crew...
That's because those cities are way more dangerous, Montreal has never seen the body counts those two cities have because of it
Lovely, it is not just Montreal, and it is not just Italians.
They didn’t say it was just Italians lol but the mafia in Montreal is where the power lies and that’s what’s driving all the violence- a power struggle amongst families and shifting of alliances between all the other various gangs
Toronto's Clabrian mob is now the strongest traditional OC group in Canada. But they rarely get busted. I wonder why? I mean they do keep a lower profile than the Montreal mafia but they're also not that hard to find. Not far from me, there's a bakery owned by the family of one of the leaders of the Calabrian mob. He worked there growing up. Across the street is a "Members Only" Calabrian social club where some mob member was arrested a few years back. Upstairs is a financial services firm owned by the same leader of the Calabrian mob, where he was once arrested. And there's often a tow truck in front of the social club and the mob is big in the towing business. Again, they're not hard to find. A couple of wiretaps would probably be all it took to find evidence of crimes. But they never get busted, for some reason.
Why? Because that have enough cheddar to bribe the pigs. That why. It has nothing to do with a "low profile" .
I heard they don’t do RICO’s in Canada
@@DjSonnyKorleon Yes, that's true. Makes it much tougher to convict those at the top.
They either pay off the right people or snitch.
@@vince5348yes and no we have a charge called “gangsterism” it’s a real thing I’ve never looked it up but I’m pretty sure it’s kind of the same thing for high level organized crime
it's humorous to me that this donut diagram is self sustaining, it's an unspoken Canadian ettiquette
But if all these people keep dying, who’s gonna tell doug ford what to do???
Ford already has his own crime family.
The Ford Crime Family.
he's just gonna keep filling his belly with donuts probly he dont seem todo much
This will go down as the bloodiest War of Sicilians in Montreal at least 30 to this since 2010.Thrity is Alot of people.
On s’en tape des siciliens
These mobsters are still better than Justin Trudeau.
Dang I only thought it was america, Hells Angels too...
The mob in America aren’t killing ppl anymore. Those days are long gone
Csis drugs and crime again
Just when I thought I was out.. they pull me back in!
Isn't it the "Angels" not the "Hells" ?
In French people call them "Les Hells" which is incorrect in English yeah
Hells angels is the name of the mc u can refer to them as hells or angels …….
@@rebeccamcguire2798 I imagine the other person will also see this but to second what your saying in Quebec des say "Les Hell's"
they say pas "des say".
It’s a gang not a MC
Im just glad i got out when i did.
Real, everyone’s either dead or in jail and the few outliers aren’t an exception to this rule.
Everyone was Happy when Vito made deals with All people. No Rasicts either.
Yes , universal joy
Just let ‘‘em be. They are thinning the herd.

WHO BRINGS REVENUE HUGE REVENUE FROM BUSINESS TO CANADA? TELL ME! 🙄🤔😶
Rizzutos all the way
Hey CBC! How about reporting on trudeau's dealings and unprofessional behavior instead of this bs??
Only sad part is that woman getting hit. To beautiful to take down but I'm sure she was not innocent in the crime family.
I thought this was about the liberals.
No...their worse
Canada needs a RICO act
Hates crime
IT WOULD BE EXCELLENT IF THE LAW/JUDGES/JUSTICE/COURT/POLICE/LAWYERS/JUSTICE PROSECUTORS/ WERE ALSO AS ORGANIZED AS THESE CRIMINALS, AND THAT THE GOVERNMENT DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE REVENUE THAT THESE CRIMINALS BRING TO THE COUNTRY BUT ABOUT THE HONESTY OF CLEAN WORK! THE GOVERNMENT MAKES IT EASY FOR THOSE WHO ARE RICH (WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE THE MONEY COMES FROM) AND MAKES EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR THOSE LESS ADVANTAGED BY BEING HONEST!!!
a monopoly is not organized its a monopoly. rich people are making the mistake that they are valuable humans. gangs dont care about cops or the rich. people with character are valuable. rich people are paid not to help anyone. its called zionism. so zionists can make money off slaves. hells angels work with cops to frame innocent people. its called profiling. at least i did my research...i know my apt being burned in welland to make me homeless is connected to fires, crime in montreal.
As a Calgarian, I grew up an athlete and academic. But if I grew up in Montreal, I'd probably be a criminal too 😅
what's Montreal the American equivalent too ? lol
😂😂😂 chicago
@@watch_me_shoot_it 😂😂😂😂 Winnipeg is soooooo better
Montrealer here, can confirm. I grew up during the biker war. There is some crazy stuff that goes on here. Everyone is a bit crooked here.
@@jeffgregory5524 New York of the 70's. A lot of different groups vying for power but with a general hierarchy and alliances. Historically in Montreal it was the Mafia, then the Hells Angels and then the street gangs. A lot has happened and a lot of very important people have been killed so everything is up in the air so now to compare it, probably like Chicago or current New York.
How come CBC stories about organized crime you’re able to comment but CBC stories about the current woke mafia government in Ottawa you’re not allowed to comment cuz it’s disabled😂

Utterly irrelevant.
@@Wilsnap Very relevant. If the the leader Trudeau is corrupt then how can anyone blame mafia?
