I am not seeing those links in your description for Table of Contents videos. Thank you for posting.

Great Tutorial .... I'm using Microsoft 365 for MAC and it doesn't have the File command on toolbar next to HOME. How do I get to the Options to change the Style area pane width so I can see all the details on the styles I have created?

Great Chris. I like using Word styles and templates.
But the code behind them and all the drop downs etc are very old and often do not work properly.
How can we get Mircosoft to do some work in this area?

I inherited a very large document, and the Style section in the Home section of the ribbon is a mess and in no particular order. I would like something like Heading1, Heading 2, Heading 3, etc. How can I move the style "buttons" around to get them into the order I need them in? Thanks!

I think I've managed to find and watch all of your videos on headings, and haven't seen this. A while back I got into a pickle where I customized a bunch of headings, linked them to a multilevel list (My doc is in sections numbered 1.0 [heading1], 1.1 [heading2], 1.1.1 [heading3], etc), and I somehow managed to change the one part of them that tells Word to automatically bookmark them. My Navigation pane looked fine, and so did my table of contents - but the headings (which normally appear automatically as bookmarks) just wouldn't show up when I tried to set links internally within the document. Any chance you could do a video on more advanced heading customization, multi-level lists, and how NOT to do whatever it is I accidentally did (which I've never figured out, by the way)?? thank you! great videos!

Hi! In an law office setting, sharing documents constantly, do the style settings stay with the document itself or is it computer specific? Meaning, if I draft a document using styles, share with my attorney and he/she makes changes to the styles, is my Heading One style that was modified by the attorney specific to the document only? How do we share documents using styles with so many hands on it? thanks!

You dont have to do all of that on the Mac version. You just tick show style guide in the styles pane. I dont know why it's even different from PC to Mac. they should just use the best of best worlds.
