It’s crazy how this weak looking cards always bang. This one was fun af. Felt so amazing seeing Aldo back out there. What a night
Right this card lowkey was really good
People for some reason will never learn to not a card off name value alone. It happens everytime. Even last week. Smh on to the next I guess
@@TroubleOnTheWaterswym this card had name value it had aldo but the mma fans seemed to give up on him. No respect even rio didn’t go as crazy as they should have for the return of that man. A bunch of underdogs on the card. This whole year ppvs gonna be stacked
Like over half the fights were decisions and nothing special,
It definitely was a good card regardless, but like, nothing special
@@InfernalBleeding1 the result usually doesn’t tell the story of the fight. Most of the greatest fights of all time went to a decision.
Dc great work lately and all the behind-the-scenes shenanigans are hilarious. You’ve been making unbelievable content lately. You’re ahead of the game. Keep up the great work.
I really like these post show reactions while you're still in the arena, never stop doing these!
Bruh dc dying he looked like Dvon Dudley with the glasses on is hilarious 😊
Let’s go DC🔥
Erceg shoulda won, not a huge robbery but the champ needs to do better. Didn’t even attempt a submission. Pantoja needed to do better.
One of the best grapplers in flyweight, pphsshh , not even close
You act like it’s easy to just go out there and finish somebody that good😂
Damage > Control Time. Get it right judges!!!
Pantoja scrambled to become a human backpack, not even with both hooks in lmao. No ground and pound either.
Erceg lost, period.
Yes..round by round tho
What a performance by Jose Aldo that night!! A Real master of MMA! LEGEND👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Control only matters if no damage occurs in the round.
Crazy card by the way!! UFC 301 was surprisingly great!!!
I can definitely see Aldo demolishing O'Malley and becoming triple champ
no way
As much as I love aldo. No way. Sean will find his chin easy
If he fights like last night, he would fucking murder O´Malley. Sean even had some troubles with the slow, sluggish, repetitive Chito´s movement at some points.
He could win but I doubt he'll demolish o malley
Aldo looked sharp but O’Malley would probably knock him out in the first two rounds lol
Maybe this is recency bias but I thought that was one of Aldo’s best performances of his career made Martinez look like an amateur and Aldo pushing 40 doing that is awesome
Aldo is damn near unbeatable in a 3 rd fight, especially against non champions
Dude is 37 lol
Aldo should make one last epic run.
DC can you do the pereira backflip
Any thoughts on David Taylor coaching at your Alma mater?
Thought erceg got 2-3-4 and even the 5th was only given to Alex because it’s not a great look to end the round on your back. Erceg did more in round 5 too, the rules state you need to do something with the position and all alex did was get mount for 2 seconds. Thought round 3 was the decider, not a robbery but if the judges scored perfectly to the criteria erceg gets the win.
Erceg is the man!
Get Ben on the pod 1hr + episode please DC 🙏
Pantoja ending the fight on top sealed the deal. No way could anyone thing Erceg won without bias, he had maybe 2 rounds - in the fifth he was on the bottom getting dominated because of his own mistakes. That's not how you take a belt off someone.
In a weird way, I feel like this boosts Ercegs star power better than if he became champ, because now people will tune in seeing that he is a legit contender
Pantoja e raça pura ❤
Erceg blew that fight in the 5th round. That round will haunt him for a while. He should be Champ.
Astroboy Won
DC are you high?
Erceg landed twelve elbows
Pantoja showed how fighting the main event in Rio, an sway the judges.. he did NOT win that fight, the judges GAVE it to him. Weasle did a great strike by strike analysis.
Ya boi Erceg better work on his
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/ wrestling 😂
Pantojas levels above ☝️
@@tucsonmauinot at all 😂😂 the grappling was close, Pantoja was just slightly better lol
Ercegs decision-making cost him the fight
Ik I watched Weasles vid too and was surprised cuz watching it in person felt like it was 2-2 for 5th and that Pantoja did enough in the first half of rd 5 and then didn’t allow Erceg to do any damage in the last min so he won, if u watch it like that the actual winner was Erceg but I dnt think u can fault the judges for seeing it 48-47 for Pantoja but 49-46 outrageous
@@tucsonmauihe didn’t do any damage on the ground and not one single submission attempt…levels above?? 😂 crazy how dumb people can actually be
judging by the scoring criteria Erceg won
Where are all the Anthony Smith haters?🤫
Championship fight was close. Can’t say it was a robbery because either guy could’ve won. It just came down to how the judges saw it. The 49-46 was a bit crazy though
Champ champ
🐐
Woah
Plus, his last fight was at elevation...it looked ugly for both fighters but look at them now.
Wheres ben askren? Havent seen that giant head in a while
Only thing these Champs keep showing is how u can win a fight by just holding a man and doing nothing else I still don't get it.. this is why Champs like Alex perriera will always be more watched
Bet on Aldo fool me once lol 😂
Always glazing wrestlers
Steve erceg won that fight. DAMAGE OVER ALL
He actually lost because of very low fight IQ.
Why tf would he jump on takedowns (and of course get schooled) in 4th and especially 5th rounds, when he was decimating him on the feet.
He literally lost the fight when he made that decision on the 5th after it beeing 2-2, cause he just ended up beeing useless on the back until the end.
Pro tip how to lose a belt : go jump on the strength of your opponent to end the timer in a shitty fashion.
@@alexf268 It´s like you are not even reading. He made way more damage. You cannot just a whole fight just becaues some scrambles. Being a human backpack doesnt mean you are doing something. The guy beat up Pantoja on the feet.
@@alexf268 he got taken down and there was 0 damage done to him. Damage over all. It was a clear win for erceg. Close fight, but clear win. Not even questionable
@@Devdogs Are you serious? His own team said it was 3 nothing at the end of the 3rd round.
@@Devdogs nope. Only CZcams casuals would make those comments lmao.
I was rooting for Erseg from the start. Was excited to see Pantoja gone just for the fun of it. But he deserves that lost 100%. Now he will learn not to make those poor decisions, he will learn how to stick to a smart gameplan, and especially he will learn that if you don’t take advantage of your area of expertise, and go to try the opponent strengths instead of solidifying the round : you lose.
Easiest money I ever made. Pantosa by decision
Erceg won in the eyes of many. Not a robbery, but was Ercegs night
his stock definitely rose.. even with the loss he's still a fight or two away from fighting for the belt again.. Erceg vs Moreno would be a dope fight whenever Brandon decides to return
Pantoja LANDED MORE POWER SHOTS in round 3. He outlanded Erceg in total. People are upset for no reason
sure...
IDK if that now should be called sustained damage lmao its not called sustained damage DC. Erceg landed other shots in the fifth that got a reaction. This was a robbery all of you idiots need to read the scoring criteria again. The control time pantoja out scrambling and getting control time meant literally nothing after that damage was done. Pantoja did nothing while on the ground.. Not even a submission threat. The judge that scored it 49-46 should never judge another fight.
Lol that is called corruption.
you gotta stop riding backpacks dc, control time means fuck all when no damage is done according to the ufc judging criteria. you gotta stop with the bias commentary for lay and pray
Sustained damage would fall under accumulative damage. Big moments are immediate damage, do your homework DC
Definitely the worst card of the year
I’m sure you didint watch the fights 🗿
Casuals 🙄😮💨
Steve won ya 🤡
Cormier is too political, and it clouds his thoughts.
erceg got robbed
DC WHERES FRANCIS BEEN
His son just died
@@beatingu0110his 18 month old son just died. Have some respect
@@sandman62100 whi the fuck is this guy??? don't fuckin police me I didnt see any news about that at all I didn't know I pay attention to fight news and as sad as that is ....I wouldn't have seen it because it has nothing to do with ufc or fighting! How about you show some fuckin respect and mind your God dam business
There I took it down out of "respect" lol take a fuckin midol and calm down
DC such a sellout
Stay here, on CZcams… please, you , bisping and Cruz are so biased even when you disagree with each other.
At least here I can click ‘don’t recommend this channel’
It’s crazy they say Aldo had an incredible return and went the distance but Aljo had a shitty performance when he moved up to 145 and rag dolled Katar for 3 rounds.
Alexandre is boring
This flight card was an embarrassment to the uFC. There was so many empty chairs there and it was such a small venue, and it had to be the worst group of fighter's ever can't believe they charge the money for this.
According to the rules, you have to dominantly beat the champ to win. In that sense Erceg didn't do that. He was just grazing him with little elbows and never dropped or hurt him. So many casuals out here who don't understand the rules.
DDP didn’t “dominantly beat the champ” Sean Strickland.
@@ZB_DROPPED_YAexatamente oque eu iria dizer!
@@ZB_DROPPED_YAStrickland never defended the title so it should just be judged as a regular fight. In cases in which you have an established champ, then the "Beat the Champ to be the Champ" rule would apply
Casuals don't understand the rules yet you're making up some rule saying that you have to dominantly win🤡
@@rsat92 Dude talking like if the sport comission make that thing official lmao
Total robbery, Erceg is the champion now. Four times the damage inflicted. You have to really think the scoring criteria should be altered if this is a win for Pantoja. Pantoja kind of sucks as champion; he did not even beat Moreno in the last match.
Pantoja always gets damaged every fight
Alex slammed you
Erceg won that fight the champ didn't do any damage on the take downs and Erceg cut the champ up 2 times and he couldn't stand with the Erceg. Smh he beat the champ ad they say u have to do to be the champ.
