    I did these today on a low incline. I only got up to the 50’s though.

    Seems a great moviment .... i would like to ask u .... what's the differences between incline tate press and flat tate press ..... and if wich one is better thank u in advance great channel !🥊

      It truly is, I've been doing this movement for bout a month, started with 25's, worked my way up to 45's
