  • It’s crazy to think that our way of life is not one everyone is living. We don’t all have homes in well-established towns, and we don’t all travel to nine-to-five jobs. People out there actually live a much different lifestyle, and it’s scary to think about. From conflicts and clashes in one tribe to post-mortem rituals in another, here are 15 scariest tribes you don’t want to meet.

    what you didn't say about the Sentinelese is that the first time they made contact with the outside world, it was with an European crew who brought disease and a doctor who experimented on them. That is why they started to be hostile to outsiders. otherwise, they were welcoming.

    As a Papua New Guinean I can say that they are abit dangerous . It's just that our culture and tradition is very important to us. So if you leave them alone, there will be no problem. however, I don't agree with the visuals here because some of them are not Simbu people. We have 22 provinces and 800+ languages we are all different, the food we eat, how we dress, our sacred ceremonies, are all different so i would appreciate it if they researched on it better. But great stuff😁🤞🏼

    • @penksglid7475
      @penksglid7475 Před 11 měsíci

      Yeah the only arguable "scary ones" are just so unfortunately misunderstood. For example in the second to last tribe I see how if you see someone with bone jewelry your very first instict could be to be scared, but then you learn the reason behind it and how it's how they remember their past relatives in a consensual practice; which involves using their bones as jewelry, which their relatives agree to before their death. That's not scary at all. That's sweet. That's almost exactly like how we keep people's ashes, but so much judgment is thrown at them because people aren't willing to be open minded. They actually seem to have a healthier relationship with the grief of losing people than most people in the "modern world" do.

    The narrator says about the first tribe, a missionary went there, but never returned. This is exactly wrong, and misleading, because he did return there, then killed. So they gave him a chance, but he thought he could convert them. The point is, that whenever you know something about a subject matter, about any story on the internet, you will find they change the story, to fit there narrative.

Then the 5th time he paid a group of fisherman to take him to the island and drop him off. The fisherman later seen his dead body being dragged up & down the shore. They made it clear each time he wasn't welcome and they are willing to kill to protect themselves at all costs. Well... he learned the hard way. The fisherman were all charged for being the vessel that dropped him off. Smh.

    North Sentinelese people should literally be on the top, considering the fact that any recent encounters have not been pleasant and has almost always been violent, so much so that the bodies of those killed are not recovered. I would not want to disturb them for sure! Quite a few other tribes mentioned, even though they have had violent pasts, they are in contact with the outside world.

    I am from the country that number #5 and #7 are mention. Just a point here to mention, please do your research well or visit the country itself before presenting things about certain culture. What is shown in this video is only presented during special events and cultural events and not how they live their life.
