There is no way to specify specific players
For a game that so heavily uses social aspects, Nintendo really should have put more thought into security for visiting islands. Like many other people have said in these comments, there absolutely needs to be a blocking function to stop certain people from visiting islands, both physically and in dreams.

That's some seriously sketchy stuff. If there's a mod capability to track who joins your island more in-depth, I'd look into it. But even submitting video evidence and their name/island name into a report might help. Maybe try to have the max bells/public events islands look more "normal" so you can report it and Nintendo take you more seriously?

the next switches need to have a built-in software that can detect third-party programs like these. hopefully the consoles will be reported to nintendo and there will be action taken accordingly. (im not saying modding is wrong, in fact, i encourage those with the passion for it to go for it, and you’re only modifying the properties in the game’s *existing* files.)
also, i saw another comment mention this, but nintendo should have a blocking or reporting feature. i mean it in the sense that you can easily access a report menu and select an option according to the actions they are doing. as soon as you hit the report button, they could be removed from your island/nintendo friends list.
on another note, nintendo should actually be going into the islands themselves to see what could rack up so many reports. for a game with so many features and varieties of things to do it’s really a shame that it’s monitored so poorly. is a twitch logo really gonna harm anybody? pose a threatening message to others? absolutely not.

I think what you should do is talk to Nintendo and explain the situation that theres a hacker out there specifically targeting you to do you harm, by reporting you to them. Prolly just someone who is extremely jealous of you or something. And then ask them if and when you get reported again to target the person reporting you instead. Because they are filing false reports. And like Nintendo said they never saw the youtube twitch or whatever images so it obviously wasn't that. I think its just someone like i said is salty you weren't paying attention to them. Prolly a fan of yours or something who knows. I play my game solo even today. and the only people I play with is locally and my best friends. But that is just what I would advise. Nintendo will possibly understand and take care of it. Isnt falsifying any kind of reports online kind of a crime nowadays anyways?

How should Nintendo deal with this? The hack or modern is actually forbidden and shouldn't even be used. However, this also applies to me, ceomg and many other people, because normal Acnh is just boring and you want to try something new!! She was betrayed by some bum, tracked down by a bystander, or someone in her social circle, because where did he get the DA address? What an asshole he is, she just wants to show us her island and you have every right to do so. Nintendo won't be able to talk about that, theoretically Nintendo could also ban you from playing with mods. ceomg can still be glad that their hacked switch wasn't broken.

Even if you disagree with modding, we have to agree that hacking someone's island is equally as wrong if not WORSE. I'm so sorry if you had to suffer from something like that. It'd give me a lot of anxiety and some personal trauma if that happened to me. Animal Crossing in which is a game about escapism is being ruined by either the company or the users who abuse their talent to ruin other's lives. Personally, I never heard about the advertising dilemma, but I also don't get involved in the AC drama/news community either.
I may not agree with things like treasure islands, but it's your Switch and copy of AC:NH and you deserve to enjoy it the best way you see fit. 💙🐻

Unfortunately Nintendo will be watching you thanks to the snitch. 4.2 million islands and they are watching you because of the snitch. You are right in blocking access to your dream island. I know its alot and know you don't want to. Looks like you put alot of work into your island. If not, I would say delete it. Change the name and maybe even your email address attached to your account. Members only to your dream island address. I am very sorry. I am not a member so I will be blocked from your dream islands. Thanks to the snitch but, I try to watch all of your videos and I am a subcriber. I always like all of your videos. This is my way of supporting you. Blocking your dream address to non members is a way you could wein out the snitch and block them. Sorry you have to go thru this because someone is jealous and apparently can't do anything for themselves but snitch to Nintendo. I hope Nintendo is paying them some money or some kind of perk. Otherwise, the snitch is kissing the wrong *sses. Nintendo won't do anything at all for the snitch in return. Nintendo is to greedy to do anything for anybody. 😢😢You have to be really careful what you say to the world these days, on my island I'm also careful about who I invite and when not. Of course it's cool to show someone what you don't have in the real game, but it's better to be really careful, with the switch ban things can go so fast and we don't know why these idiots would want that for us. It would be nice if the Switch had a system to see who visited the island, but the IP addresses of the people who reported you were certainly hidden.😱😣😤😔

Yes, I have Nintendo has deleted one of my custom designs it was not advertisement this happened recently. I was just visiting a treasure island. I was wearing the custom design it was pride themed nothing appropriate. It was just the flag. Other people wearing it the same exact design the next day

Guess my mom saved me from my Island from being deleted. Since I never go online with anyone. Sorry this happens AGAIN. I feel you, cause I been banned from servers on discord for nearly no reason or some people making up stuff to have me banned off the server. :/ It's hard to do anything fun anymore these days. Whoever the snitch is should stop cause it's wrong of them. Hopefully you can still play animal crossing new horizons though. Hopefully it won't be the third time you get deleted. :/ If so I am soooooooooooo done with nintendo and their ass ways of treating players who did nothing wrong to deserve this. :/

Modded counts as cheating or hacking but the main issue I saw was your advertisement which you’re sharing your other social media accounts even though you set it in private. Now another thing is that one rotten apple must have snitched on you for all this. I’d be careful with people you share. At least you’re not harming your system or anyone’s systems either which it’s good. I don’t agree that Nintendo is in the wrong but the player who reported you is indeed in the wrong. Ceo I feel really bad you were hacked and turned in by a stalker - let's call it what it is - but I believe if there was no mods or advertising, even if it wasn't your specific channel but the streaming platforms themselves (your on those so it is advertising in a round about way), the hacker would have nothing and Nintendo would not be banning you. Most here now know that private is not private and Nintendo needs to fix that. I wish you could get this guys because he is in violation of you! Maybe you should just delete your existing account and get a new one. Then you could start fresh, because any mods can make a person vulnerable to bans and hackers imo. Keep up with the great content you create!

I don't think that the Biden island is "illegal" to Nintendo's community guidelines. Tons of brands and people have their own promotional islands, this includes Blackpink, KFC and various fashion and luxury brands. They probably just have a special deal with Nintendo for official promotional purpose, whereas your island doesn't. Their problem with that is probably the same that a lot of CZcamsrs, brands and celebrities have: They unintentionally show a brand and therefore advertise it - without getting paid. Basically Nintendo does not want you to "promote" somebody without them being paid for it. Is that a little petty? Definitely. But it's the most plausible explanation.
You probably can’t use official logos like that twitch, CZcams etc. That would be considered promotional content violations. You don’t own the rights to use those materials/logos. Which don’t get me wrong is kinda stupid because people use other logos for things like official branding and official trademarked character logos like Batman etc. If I owned those companies I wouldn’t care tbh. Sucks that that happened to you
