When I first saw this character I questioned how he could be involved in plotlines and I questioned how he would have character development and have his quirk grow. But now being a "spy" he has some sort of goal and plotline he can follow and be useful for, and after hearing that he can mimic sounds, that could be a quirk development as he grows stronger, to be able to mimic the voices of people

Well Kol does give a villain vibe and the whole "secret club that's being heroes for the right reasons" also feels like a villain group and that he's just using the very innocent and easy to manipulate flex, and not to forget the whole asking mino if his quirk can store bodies, that rings done major bells.
@@drquantum583 I'm pretty sure he already said he's a vigilante in his own pov I think. I think he also just seems pretty genuine when he talks about being a hero for the right reasons. And what about flex? Sure, he's done some questionable things but I think it's all for the right reasons. I think he really just wants to meet new people and be friends with them, also maybe become a hero but i feel like his priorities are meeting people and making friends.

No. Muscle memory is linked to the brain performing certain actions on reflex. It's linked to memory and since Flex only copies a person's body, he doesn't have their muscle memory.
Im expecting flex to get a power boost when he fights somebody stronger than him in a death match
theoretically, when flex has full control of his quirk he should be able to control his body at will just like a slime making his muscles, bones, and agility less human-like such as turning into a cheetah partway or gorilla and so on

He could do that but it only makes it look like a gun it can't actually shoot anything since his quirk is purely visual (hint being that he mentioned he doesn't get the quirks of people he disguises as so you could easily assume he doesn't take on their physical traits his voice doesn't even change either meaning his vocal cords don't change thus meaning it's not a physical change just a visual one)
