The second event of the BMA’s new series, The Necessity of Tomorrow(s), brings Ta-Nehisi Coates, National Book Award winner, national correspondent for The Atlantic, and author of Marvel Comic’s Black Panther series, back to his hometown of Baltimore for a timely and critical conversation with BMA Director Christopher Bedford. They’ll explore how the resurgence of Black Panther in film and in print, which envisions alternative futures and new possibilities unapologetically rooted in black culture and technology, relates to the current cultural moment.

I will also order his books because of his humility and intellegence in the semantics of human nature he is a thoughtfull human, being and writer for it. I have three sons who lives in Baltimore, Georgia, North Carolina, where i have spent time observing the communities there and their behaviors, and i totally understand some of his journey. i deeply admire him for his JOURNEY. My sons now know of him and that walk, now they will read his work. Barbados is a democratic Independant country, a democracy earned from the whips of British colonalism. A 98% educated POPULATION and had to combat racism. TRUMP has brought it back and GOD help America if he is allowed to win.

Some ancient jewish hobgoblin has nothing to do with anything, no one could possibly understand the subjective nonsense that rattles in your head. That was the problem - insecure, gullible fools looking for a magic elixir out of the sky. All that there is in life is man, and our lot in life is to understand that, and work in the only reality we know. It is up to reasonable man to understand what is going on and to secure the next generation's welfare.
