- This is part 2 of my accuracy tests between the Snowpeak M60B and the FX Impact MK2. I have done more tests out at 75 yards and 100 yards.
Not ideal day of testings as the wind was pretty bad again. But I did get some interesting results nevertheless.
Both of these guns were doing okay and they both showed potential to be a great shooting PCP. I have more trigger time with the Impact than the M60B, but my finding with these accuracy tests is that with the right tune and ammo, each gun will shoot great groups in the right condition.
Enjoy. - Sport
Nice shooting. It may lead FX types to cry foul, but at 1/3 to 1/4 the price of FX offerings, this thing is fine. It's 90% there on 30% of the price. Basic math to me. Conclusion: I ordered a 9mm M60B from Wes yesterday.
9mm? Nice! Let me know how it shoots after you get it. Thanks for watching.
Wow lots of great videos today, thanks
Thank you. Just reposting some of my edited videos.
You going to drill out the ports on the m60b to get the fps up and shooting better? Have you polished the barrel yet? I have 2 being shipped out tomorrow from Wes been a long wait but excited to see what all i can do with them. Got two 25cal with the carbon bottles should be nice air rifles for my son and I to start on got some Arken optics 4-16×44 ffp illuminated optics for them. We are excited. Also got the carbon wrap since yours looks so nice.
I haven't done any mods to the internal as this gun was sent to me by Wes to review. Since it is shooting the NSA 17.5gr so accurately, I didn't want to mess it up, lol. Yes, Wes was waiting for this shipment for a very long time. Glad they finally approved at the Custom.
Let me know how yours shoot, especially with the 25 cal. Nice scope you have there. Yes, I do like the carbon wrap as it protects the barrel well. You can copy my rail for the bipod. I am reposting the M60B MODS video. Just doing some editing to remove some footages in all of my previously posted videos.
@@ARP-airriflepestings ah yes I had forgotten about the rail you made for this I will definitely be following your lead on that. Thank you for sharing.
@@vikingd3727 not a problem, please do.
Have you tried weight batching the slugs to see if they group better ?
I used to weight and separated the slugs, but not too much now. They will definitely group more consistently with the same weight batch. Just too much work, lol.
Which discovery scope do you have on the M60? Thanks
Discovery ED4-20x52mm FFP. Very nice glass, but heavy as a hunting setup.

Thanks for the reply
@@newagediscovery8710 No worries. Any questions just shoot it my way, lol.
I'm sorry, brother, but something is wrong with your M3 if that is shooting better.
I don't have a M3, just MK2.
@ARP-airriflepestings oh... still, that's not good. The MK2 and the M3 have won many compitions. I'd love to see someone win with a Snowpeak. You need to figure out another tune because that Snowpeak shouldn't come close to an FX. They shouldn't even be brought up in the same category. Lol! I hope you get it figured out.
@ARP-airriflepestings I have an M3 800 mm .22, and I have mine set at 165 bar slinging 34 grains at about 1080 fps, and it's a tack driver. 👌🏻 🎯📌
@@dougiefresh3767 No worries. I got my Impact MK2 shooting well again. It was just the reg creep and change of temperature increased the slug speed. Thanks.
@@dougiefresh3767 Nice! That is a long barrel and great speed you got going with that heavy grained slugs.
