How is it a pacing issue it’s only been 30 mins in one piece time from the time Zoro started fighting lucci a lot of stuff has been going on there’s no way he can pace anything faster than how it’s going right now and if he did you would complain the pacing is too fast

I think people would like it more if he used zoros gag, him getting lost for 15 chapters and then fight lucci and finish him in 1 chapter. Oda fk up when he gave lucci so manny Ls befor his fight with zoro, that other options to think that the fight should be low diff doesnt exist
It’s Oda‘s fault for bad writing.
Zoro clearly could have ended the fight right form the start but he didn’t let Zoro because he needed the right time for Zoro to beat lucci right before chapter 1111 came
All Oda had to do is let Zoro no diff Lucci from the start and start the flashback of Kuma and all the other events. Since Zoro had nothing to do he would get lost akd Jinbei would go to find Zoro.
That would have made sooo much more sense

That would fit very well actually, Oda already made the sun-moon comparison with Red Hair Pirates (Shanks being sun & Beckman moon), so why not again with Strawhats when Luffy is already the legendary Sun God.

- The first time we seen the moon/full moon in one piece was during Zoro vs kuina ending with a shot of the huge moon beyond them shaking hands
- whiskey peak is another one, where zoro has a silhouette infront of the huge moon
- We enter wano, and see zoro stop outside a shop and admires the moon and says “ill have to stop and take it in sometime” while saying its beautiful.
- both zoro and shimotsuki both translate into a version of the moon.

I think that the fact Ju Peter does not have a Youkai Power is because he is NOT an original Gorosei, as he seems younger than the rest. Probably, he substituted some other Gorosei who died. This would be a hint of Oda to that fact.

actually i just tought abt that and maybe it could happen in the last moment where he switches sides and before that he never even tought about switching sides, but somewhy maybe he'd understand the "true justice" that Luffy doesn't fight to be better than others and that he fights to save others and to give them the freedom that they always dreamed of. He would respect his intentions/decisions and switch from the Gorosei to Strawhat's allies.🤔

No Gorosei will be put down in this arc (not even by Luffy), this final act of Egghead arc is about Vegapunks message succesfully conveying to the world and escaping.
