Agreed, but I feel like he might a bit overrated by some people and underrated by others. His philosophy is probably the best ever and the original to pep’s and many others however it can only be executed by world class players, I remenber stories of how frustrated he got when his players could perform to his standards. Nevertheless a amazing manager but his football persona as a whole is what makes him great.

Overrated. Four La Ligas, three of which he wasn't 1st place until the last date, one Champions League, lost a final 4-0 for being cocky and understimating Milan, then he began Barcelona's downfall. Zidane, Mourinho, Guardiola, Herrera, Ferguson, Ancelotti, Michels, Del Bosque; a lot of coaches were better than Cruijff.

One thing people always seem to forget is the fact that Sir Alex won league titles in Scotland with Aberdeen and brought home two European titles as well. That is impressive given how dominant Rangers and Celtic have always been.
I would have put Guardiola into "Innovator" tier because his style of play has inspired so many teams. He has evolved every year and others have followed. "GOAT" category is alright to me, but if I have to decide, "Master tactician" fits him better. He's always been a cheque book manager after first years at Barca, which lowers his points a little IMO.
Ancelotti is my "GOAT". He's been successful everywhere he's been and his longetivity is unreal. Most UCL titles out of all the managers and a title in every TOP5 league as well as many other trophies. The best manager of all time.

People tend to overlook at Bielsa because he hasn't won much. However, it is his influence that makes him as great as he is. It is no accident that so many great players and managers have often said he is the greatest coach they've ever had. Pochettino and Simeone were directly influenced by him and the way they talk about him in interviews says a lot. Even Pep has said as much. What he built with the Chilean national teams led them to win two consecutive Copa America and qualify for two World Cups in a row (these, for a small footballing nation are huge achievements). Gabriel Batista, Pablo Aimar, Roberto Ayala, all stalwarts of the Argentine team in the early 2000s have said he is greatest coach they've had and the one the learnt the most from. All the other coaches in the video are great winners, but only Wenger and Pep have had that level of influence on others.
Yes, you could argue he is not a winner and you would probably be right. But what he has left behind as a legacy is what makes him great.

Pep and Ancelotti and Jose(outside of Porto) have only managed the best teams with basically carte blanche on players. It's a bigger accomplishment to NOT win with teams like that. Wenger overtook an underperforming Arsenal side and turned them into a winning side after changing the cultre of the club + bringing in some of the best French talents of that era. But as soon as that generation got old and retired he wasn't able to replicate the success of the late 90s and early 00's. His defensive structure in every team after the golden era retired was always shocking and as the competition got better, he failed to keep up. Bielsa? Always managed lower level teams and never had any success. No idea why he's on this list. Alex Ferguson took a poor Manchester United side and made them into the best team in the world and is possibly the greatest of all time. His results over a long period of time speaks for themselves. Jürgen Klopp is another candiate for the greatest of all time. He creates teams and doesn't need carte blanche budget to do so. If there is a magic man it has to be Klopp. Arteta is possibly one to look out for. What he has done with Arsenal is exceptional. Arrigo Sacchi is also another candiate for the GOAT.

It's a crime to put a clown like Alex Ferguson as a goat manager clutching at first 7 seasons to win the league
Something never happened to ancelotti nor guardiola. What makes him big? English media only if you want a real and it's the goat of all British managers is Brian Clough that's the only manager deserves to be a goat

Ancelloti has 5 league titles in 28 years as Manager of most of the biggest clubs in Europe. You don’t seem to have a problem with that? And why would you call the man a clown? Everyone who loves football respects him. I don’t think he’s the most likable person though but show some respect.
