I hope you'll be able to keep a little dog sitting time after you've finished with grad school so you can do some fun Riley-free things! Having a dog with anxiety can be quite stressful, so I admire how you manage to give him such a good life. :) Just curious - the footage where you're logged into "Session 1" or whatever, is that for remote work or grad school?

Thanks for your sweet comment :) our sitter is great so I might have to keep that in mind for after! He’s making great progress so hopefully he can stay for longer periods eventually but it would be nice to do some dog-free things sometimes. And I think you’re referring to the videos by Merve on CZcams which I use to help me focus in chunks when I need to work/study effectively!
