Zuranolone (Zurzuvae) Fails in Big Major Depression Studies

The large MOUNTAIN study was negative, and the CORAL study and the WATERFALL study did not convince the FDA to approve the medication. While the initial treatment was helpful, it stopped working before the two week treatment period.
