This is a phenomenal find in the Lisbon City Centre! I had my eye on a duplex as well when I visited Lisbon but it was literally sold a few days before I got the chance to see it. Lisbon really has it all.

Love the spaciousness and airiness of this apartment, and also your minimalist clutterless approach to decorating. Did you choose to live in LIsbon to be close to the airport because the girls will be studying abroad? What a drastic change from the beautiful house and land you owned before. And where is Luna? Wow! Beautiful place and seriously so much natural light. I have to admit I'm a little jealous of your laundry room and dryer (in lisbon?!) but mostly just incredibly happy for you all. This is a gem of a space. What I'm most struck by (and even before seeing this space) is y'all's ability to find amazing homes in what is arguably an incredibly competitive and also tricky to navigate real estate market. You did it in the Bay Area and now doing it here. I can only imagine how much hard work it took to find this and close the deal.

My daughter asked for yarn and crochet needle last year she still has but has not started. I may CZcams and do it myself. I learned how to braid by watching CZcams. Congratulations on this new place it is as beautiful as the last. Maybe you can plant a miniature fruit tree on the balcony. The brownish gold art the wall looks nice. And the master bedroom looks huge. A place is just a place but you guys turned it into something special for your family. Good job
