Thanks for the video. I just bought a 2015 ZR7000 and was wondering this exact thing. There isn't enough video's out there for the ZR7000. Thanks for making some.
I'll make another soon. I am replacing the clutch on mine
This is the playlist on all the videos I've made so far on my sled. Maybe it will help you in the future.

I can’t figure out how to get the pulley to tighten down in the belt can somebody help me
What year and mileage on your sled and qjen the last time yoi replace the lever in tha clutch?
60lbs torque is the primary clutch torque rating - the small 10mm secondary clutch is much lower - I think its 17 ft-lbs - torque.
It is 60 inch pound of tork. Not 60 foot pound of tork. I forgot to mention it.
Yeah, wish I knew that before hand, just broke the bolt on my secondary going with the wrong torque pounds
Instead of wasting time flipping the sheave adjuster around, just pull the secondary clutch off completely after you take the bolt out. A lot faster and easier.
I'll try that. 🙂
Don't you need to adjust the new belt?
You can add or remove chimes on the cap of the secondary pulley what ever you install a brand new belt or driving a really wear out used belt. I will make a video about that soon. I also need to correct an informarion. The torque for the bolt is 60 lbs inch and not foot which make about 11 lbs/foot
